should be the same.
You will also need Animation Shop.

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Open a new canvas 800 x 600 transparent background
STEP 2
In the Materials Palette load
Foreground with #B37E39 Amber and Background with #000000 Black
Select Flood Fill Tool and fill layer with Background Colour #000000 Black
STEP 3
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Flood fill layer with Foreground Colour #B37E39 Amber
STEP 4
Layers >> New Mask Layer >> From Image
Select creation.tine_masque119.jpg from the dropdown options
Layers >> Merge Group
Image >> Flip
Effects >> Edge Effects >> Enhance More
STEP 5
In the Materials Palette change Foreground Colour to #FFFFFF White
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Select Flood Fill Tool and fill layer with Foreground Colour #FFFFFF White
STEP 6
Layers >> New Mask Layer >> From Image
As in STEP 4 select creation.tine_masque119.jpg from the dropdown options
Layers >> Merge Group
Image > Mirror
Effects >> Edge Effects >> Enhance
Layers >> Merge Visible

Maximise tube yp_perfume_annick_goutal_03.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New layer
Image >> Resize 110%
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
Effects >> Texture Effects >> Mosaic-Antique
Effects >> Edge Effects >> Enhance
STEP 10
Tube yp_perfume_annick_goutal_03.psp should still be on the clipboard
Edit >> Paste as New Layer
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow

Layers >> New Raster Layer
Selection Tool >> Selection >> Custom Selection

Maximise tube yp-amber-fetish-text.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise original
Edit >> Paste into Selection
Selections >> Select None
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow

Layers >> New Raster Layer
Add your name and/or watermark
STEP 14
Image >> Resize 85% - All Layers CHECKED
Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen
STEP 15
Image >> Canvas Size
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Select Floodfill Tool and fill layer with Background Colour #000000 Black
Layers >> Arrange >> Send to Bottom
NOW TO ANIMATE
STEP 16
In the Layers Palette highlight Raster 1 (Mosaic Antique layer)
Effects >> Plug Ins >> DSB Flux >> Bright Noise

Edit >> Copy Merged
Open Animation Shop
Edit >> Paste >> As New Animation

Back to Paint Shop Pro
Edit >> Undo Bright Noise
Effects >> Plug Ins >> DSB Flux >> Bright Noise

Edit >> Copy Merged
Over to Animation Shop
Edit >> Paste >> After Current Frame

Back to Paint Shop Pro
Edit >> Undo Bright Noise
