EVERLASTING DAISY
This tutorial is my own design and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

It was created in Paint Shop Pro X, but can be realised in other versions.
However, some tool descriptions and locations may vary, but the overall result
should be the same.

Download and extract to a file on your computer
Open tubes, text and mask in PSP and minimise
Extract fonts to your Fonts folder. Open then minimse.

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Open a new canvas 800 x 600 transparent background
STEP 2
In the Materials Palette
load Foreground with Pale Pink #F8F5F7 and Background with Light Pink #F5E1E8
Select Flood Fill Tool and fill canvas with foreground colour #F8F5F7
STEP 3
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Selections >> Select All
Maximise Pink Daisies.jpg
Edit >> Copy
Minimise original
Edit >> Paste into Selection
Selections >> Select None
Effects >> Art Media Effects >> Brushstrokes
Layers >> Duplicate
STEP 4
In the Layer Palette make Raster 2 invisible
Layers >> New Mask Layer >> From Image
Select Narah_mask_0348.jpg from the drop down list
Layers >> Merge >> Merge Group
Layers >> Duplicate
STEP 5
In the Layer Palette make Raster 2 visible, highlight and lower opacity to 27
Layers >> Properties
STEP 6
In the Layer Palette highlight the top layer (Copy of Group - Copy of Raster 2)
Maximise tube mtfp_278_©_Paco.pspimage
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
Adjust >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur
Radius = 50
STEP 7
The girl tube should still be on your clipboard
Edit >> Paste as new layer
Image >> Resize 95%
Resize all layers unchecked
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
STEP 8
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Repeat Drop Shadow changing Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to minus 5 (-5)
STEP 9
In the Layer Palette highlight Copy of Group - Copy of Raster 2
Layers >> Arrange >> Move Up
This is what you should have now
STEP 10
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
This is what you should have now
STEP 11
Layer >> New Raster
Selection Tool >> Custom Selection
Select Flood Fill Tool and fill selection with Foreground colour #F8F5F7
Selections >> Select None
Layers >> Arrange >> Bring to Top
STEP 12
Open tube yp_decor-strip.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
Layers >> Duplicate
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
Layers >> Merge Down
Edit >> Repeat Layer Merge Down
In the Layer Palette reduce opacity of Raster 5 to 50
Layers >> Properties
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Repeat Drop Shadow changing Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to minus 2 (-2)
STEP 13
In the Materials Palette make the Foreground colour transparent
Select the Text Tool with the following settings
NOTE: PSP9 users: Size = 35
Place the cursor at the co-ordinates x=400, y=550
Type the word DAISY five times with a space between each word
Objects >> Align >> Horiz.Center in Canvas
Layers >> Convert to Raster Layer
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
In the Layer Palette reduce opacity of Raster 6 to 65
Layers >> Properties
STEP 14
In the Materials Palette keep the Foreground transparent
Load Background with Dark Pink #D788A2
Select the Text Tool with the following settings
NOTE: PSP9 users: Size = 40
Place the cursor at the co-ordinates x==400, y=560
Type the words Everlasting Daisy
Objects >> Align >> Horiz. Center in Canvas
Layers >> Convert to Raster Layer
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
STEP 15
Maximise text yp_daisy-text.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise text
Edit >> Paste as New Layer
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
STEP 16
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Selections >> Select All
Selections >> Modify >> Contract
Number of pixels = 5
Selections >> Invert
Select Flood Fill Tool and fill selection with Background colour Dark pink #D788A2
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Inner Bevel
Selections >> None
STEP 17
Layers >> Merge >> Merge Visible
Image >> resize 85%
Resize all layers unchecked
STEP 18
Layers >> New Raster Layer
In the Materials Palette make the Foreground opaque
Select Flood Fill Tool and fill layer with Foreground colour #F8F5F7
Effects >> Texture Effects >> Blinds
STEP 19
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Selections >> Select All
Selections >> Modify >> Contract
Number of pixels = 5
Selections >> Invert
Select Flood Fill Tool and fill selection with Background colour Dark pink #D788A2
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Inner Bevel
Selections >> None
STEP 20
Layers >> Merge >> Merge Down
Layers >> Arrange >> Send to Bottom
Layers >> Merge >> Merge Visible
STEP 21
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Add your name and/or watermark
Layers >> Merge >> Merge All (Flatten)
Resize if desired
Save as a jpg
