Download and extract to a file on your computer
Open tubes in PSP and minimise
Place frame in your PSP Picture Frame folder

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Open a new canvas 800 x 600 transparent background
STEP 2
In the Materials Palette
load Foreground with Green #96AC95 and Background with Pale Green #C5D3C1
Change Style to Gradient
Select Flood Fill Tool and fill canvas with gradient
Adjust >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur
Radius = 25
STEP 3
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Select Flood Fill Tool and fill layer with background colour #C5D3C1
Effects >> Reflection Effects >> Pattern
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
STEP 4
Selection Tool >> Selection >> Custom Selection
Edit >> Clear
Selections >> Select None
STEP 5
Maximise tube anna.br.nevoa_31-10-10.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as new layer
Image >> Mirror
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
Selection Tool >> Selection >> Custom Selection
Selections >> Invert
Edit >> Clear
Selections >> None
Layers >> Arrange >> Move Down
STEP 6
In the Layer Palette highlight the top layer (Raster 2)
Selection Tool >> Custom Selection
Selections >> Promote Selection to Layer
Selections >> Select None
Image >> Free Rotate
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
STEP 7
Layers >> Duplicate
Image >> Flip
This is what you should have now
STEP 8
Maximise tube yp_wateringcan.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 90%
Resize all layers unchecked
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen
STEP 9
With the Selection Tool draw a selection around the bird
Selections >> Promote Selection to Layer
Selections >> Select None
STEP 10
Image >> Mirror
Image >> Resize 110%
Resize All layers unchecked
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
STEP 11
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Repeat Drop Shadow changing Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to minus 2 (-2)
STEP 12
In the Layer Palette highlight Raster 4
Apply Drop Shadow as in STEP 11
STEP 13
Maximise tube yp_text-morning-delights.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
Layers >> Merge >> Merge Visible
STEP 14
Effects >> Plugins >> Graphics Plus >> Cross Shadow
STEP 15
Image >> Picture Frame
Select Edge smudge 01.PspFrame from the drop down options
STEP 16
Image >> Add Borders
STEP 17
Layer >> New Raster Layer
Add your name and/or watermark
STEP 18
Layers >> Merge >> Merge All (Flatten)
Resize if desired
Save as a jpg
