Download and extract to a file on your computer.
Open tubes in PSP and minimise
Copy and paste both files in the Brush folder into your Brushes folder.

STEP 1
Open a new canvas 800 x 600 transparent background
STEP 2
In the Materials Palette load
Foreground with #FFFFFF White and Background with #61A747 Green
STEP 3
Effects >> Plugins >> MuRa's Meister >> Cloud
STEP 4
Effects >> Plugins >> I.C.NET Software >> Filters Unlimited 2.0
Buttons & Frames >> Mirrored Frame
Frame Size = 23
STEP 5
In the Materials Palette load Foreground with #334416 Dark Green
STEP 6
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Selections >> Select All
Selections >> Modify >> Contract
Number of pixels = 3
Selections >> Invert
Seleft Floodfill Tool and fill selection with Foreground colour #334416 Dark Green
Selections >> Select None

Maximise tube Yoka-DrawnArt-MusicalClowns260410
Edit >> Copy
Minimise original
Edit >> Paste As New Layer
Image >> Resize 72%
Resize All Layers UNCHECKED
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset

Layers >> Duplicate
Adjust >> Blur >> Radial Blur
Layers >> Duplicate
Image >> Mirror
Layers >> Merge >> Merge Down
Layers >> Arrange >> Move Down

In the Layers Palette highlight Raster 3 (clowns tube)
Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen
STEP 10
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow

Maximise tube kTs_Jhu181 copie.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise original
Edit >> Paste As New Layer
Image >> Mirror
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
Layers >> Arrange >> Move Down
In the Layers Palette change Blend Mode of Raster 4 to Luminance Legacy
Layers >> Properties
STEP 12
In the Layers Palette highlight Raster 3 (top layer)

Layers >> New Raster Layer
Select Paint Brush Tool
Select YLD-circus-tent-brush from the options
with the following settings
Drag brush to co-ordinates x:447, y:497
(refer to status bar at bottom right hand corner of screen)
Click left mouse button to paint with Foreground colour #334416 Dark Green

Maximise musical-notes.pspimage
Edit >> Copy
Minimise original
Edit >> Paste >> Paste As New Layer
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offsets

Maximise musicaccents_mdh.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise original
Edit >> Paste >> Paste As New Layer
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
Layers >> Merge Down

Apply Drop Shadow as in STEP 16

Add your name and/or watermark
