Download and extract to a file on your computer.
Place selections in your PSP Files/Selections folder.
Open all other supplies in PSP and minimise.

Open a new canvas 800 x 600 transparent background
Selections >> Select All

Maximise Paysage hiver misted jewel 011.png
Edit >> Copy
Minimise original
Edit >> Paste into Selection
Selections >> Select None
Image >> Mirror
Effects >> Edge Effects >> Enhance
STEP 3
In the Materials Palette load
Foreground with #616493 Blue and Background with #FFFFFF White
STEP 4
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Select Flood Fill Tool and fill layer with Foreground colour #616493 Blue
Effects >> Texture Effects >> Blinds
STEP 5
Selections >> Load/Save Selection >> Load Selection from Disk
Edit >> Clear
Selections >> Select None

Layers >> New Raster Layer
Select Flood Fill Tool and fill layer with Background colour #FFFFFF White

Select sg_tattered-pictures.PspMask from the drop down options
