A PARISIAN ROMANCE

Open in PSP and minimise.

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Open a new canvas 800 x 600 white background



Layers >> Promote Background Layer


STEP 2

In the Materials Palette
load Foreground with #F6F8F2 and Background with #F0D8CD
Change the Style to Gradient with the following settings



STEP 3

Select Flood Fill Tool and fill layer with gradient

Adjust >> Softness >> Soft Focus



STEP 4

Selections >> Select All
Maximise tube tubeclaudiaviza-paisaje319.pspimage
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste into Selection

Image >> Resize 125%
Resize All Layers unchecked

Effects >> Edge Effects >> Enhance

Selections >> Select None

STEP 5

Layers >> New Raster Layer
Repeat STEP 3

STEP 6

Maximise tube LF-Misted-Rose-03022013.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer

Image >> Resize 85%
Resize All Layers unchecked

Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset



Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen

STEP 7

Maximise tube romance_novel.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer

Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset



In the Layer Palette reduce opacity to 23
Layers >> Properties



STEP 8

Maximise tube MMC_011_041010.pspimage
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer

Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset



STEP 9

Maximise tube tubeclaudiaviza-mix255.pspimage
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer

Image >> Mirror

Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset



STEP 10

Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow



STEP 11

Maximise tube Tube3397_Salute_29_10_09_sdt.psd
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer

Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset



In the Layer Palette reduce opacity to 40
Layer >> Properties



Apply Drop Shadow as in STEP 8

Layers >> Arrange >> Move Down

STEP 12

Maximise tube yp_apple_jewellery_box.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer

Image >> Mirror
Image >> Resize 30%
Resize All Layers unchecked

With the Move Tool position tube as below



Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen
Apply Drop Shadow as in STEP 8

STEP 13

Maximise tube yp_perfume_dior_hypnotic_poison_02.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer

Image >> Resize 45%
Resize All Layers unchecked

With the Move Tool position tube as below



Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen
Apply Drop Shadow as in STEP 8

STEP 14

In the Layer Palette hide Raster 1 (bottom layer)
Highlight Raster 6 (top layer)
Layers >> Merge Visible

STEP 15

The Merged layer should be highlighted
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Selections >> Select All
Selections >> Modify >> Contract
Number of pixels = 2
Selections >> Invert

In the Materials Palette load Background with Black #000000
Select the Flood Fill Tool and fill selection with Background colour
Selections >> Select None

Layers >> Merge Down

Image >> Resize 85%
Resize All Layers unchecked

Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen
Apply Drop Shadow as in STEP 8

STEP 16

Maximise tube yp_wordart_a-parisian-romance.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer

With the Move Tool position tube as below



Layers >> Duplicate

STEP 17

In the Layers Palette make the bottom layer visible


STEP 18

Layers >> New Raster Layer
Add your name and/or watermark
Layers >> Merge All (Flatten)

Step 19

Image >> Add Borders



STEP 20

Resize if desired and save as a jpg
