CHRISTMAS MAIL
This tutorial is my own design and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

It was created in Paint Shop Pro X, but can be realised in other versions.
However, some tool descriptions and locations may vary, but the overall result
should be the same.
You will also need Animation Shop.

Download and extract to a file on your computer.
Open in PSP and minimise.

Medhi - Weaver
Filters Unlimited - Edges, Square - Square edge 10
DSB Flux - Bright Noise

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Open a new canvas 800 x 600 white background
Layers >> Promote Background Layer
STEP 2
Maximise tube yp_elliot_and_postbox.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 75%
Resize All Layers unchecked
Select the Move Tool and move tube to the right so
that the tip of the elephant's tail is at approximately x=730
Place the Move Tool on the tip of the elephant's tail
and move to the right until you get this reading in the status bar
STEP 3
Effect >> Medhdi >> Weaver
Effects >> Edge Effects >> Enhance More
Layers >> Duplicate
Image >> Mirror
Layers >> Merge >> Merge Down
STEP 4
In the Layers Palette reduce the opacity of Raster 2 to 54
Layers >> Properties
This is what you should have now
STEP 5
Maximise tube yp_elliot_and_postbox.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 85%
Resize All Layers unchecked
Adjust >> Sharpness >>Sharpen
STEP 6
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Repeat Drop Shadow changing the Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to minus 2 (-2)
STEP 7
In the Layers Palette highlight Raster 1
Effects >> Plug Ins >> IC NET Software >> Filters Unlimited
Edges, Square >> Square Edge 10
STEP 8
Image >> Canvas Size
STEP 9
Maximise tube CherSwitz~DM_HollyCorner.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Layers >> Arrange >> Bring to Top
Image >> Resize 75%
Resize All Layers unchecked
Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen
STEP 10
Select the Move Tool and move tube to the top left-hand corner
See finished image for placement
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Same settings as in STEP 6

Image >> Resize
Resize All Layers checked
Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen

Maximise yp_wordart_christmas_mail.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer
Select the Move Tool move tube down
See finished image for placement
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow

Add your name and/or watermark.
NOW TO ANIMATE

In the Layer Palette highlight Raster 2
Layers >> Duplicate twice
We now have 3 copies of Raster 2
