Open in PSP and minimise.

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Open a new canvas 800 x 600 white background
Layers >> Promote Background Layer
STEP 2
Maximise newspaper-background.jpg
Edit >> Copy
Minimise original
Edit >> Paste as New Layer
STEP 3
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Repeat Drop Shadow changing Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to minus 2 (-2)
STEP 4
In the Layer Palette reduce opacity to 28
Layers >> Properties
Edge >> Effects >> Enhance
STEP 5
Maximise tube Zenyra-Enfant81.pspimage
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 120%
Resize all layers unchecked
STEP 6
Effects >> Distortion Effects >> Wind
Effects >> Edge Effects >> Enhance More
STEP 7
The tube should still be on the clipboard
Edit >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 110%
Resize all layers unchecked
STEP 8
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Same settings as in STEP 3
STEP 9
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset
Layers >> Merge >> Merge Down
STEP 10
Effects >> Image Effects >> Offset

Maximise tube thought-cloud.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New layer
With the Move Tool, move up and to the right
See finished image for placement
STEP 12
Maximise tube yp_text_fiscal_cliff.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New layer
With the Move Tool, centre text in the thought cloud
STEP 13
Ine the Layers Palette highlight Raster 1 (the bottom layer)
Selections >> Select All
Selections >> Modify >> Contract
Number of pixels = 10
Selections >> Invert
Do no de-select
STEP 14
In the Materials Palette load Foreground with Dark Brown #231E1D
Select Flood Fill Tool and flood fill selection with foreground colour
Selections >> Select None
STEP 15
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Add your name and/or watermark
STEP 16
Layers >> Merge >> Merge All (Flatten)
Resize if desired
Save as a jpg
