However, some tool descriptions and locations may vary, but the overall result should be the same.
You will also need Animation Shop.

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Open a new canvas 800 x 600 transparent background

New Canvas

STEP 2

In the Materials Palette load
Foreground with #E2D1BD Pale Pink and Background with #CFD8DB Grey
Change Style to Gradient

Select the Flood Fill Tool and floodfill layer with the gradient

STEP 3

Selections >> Select All
Maximise tube k@rine_dreams_Misted_Lake_885_JANVIER 2010.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as into Selection
Effects >> Edge Effects >> Enhance
Selections >> Select None

STEP 4

Maximise tube 15dec10_t23.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer
With the Move Tool position tube to the left of canvas
Layers >> Properties

Effects >> Edge Effects >> Enhance

This is what you should have now

Maximise yp_wordart_yearsend.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste as New Layer
With the Move Tool position as below

In the Layer Palette make sure Raster 3 is highlighted
Layers >> Merge >> Merge Visible

STEP 7

Effects >> Plug Ins >> Xero >> Porcelain

Layers >> New Raster Layer
Selections >> Select All
Selections >> Modify >> Contract
Number of Pixels 5
Selections >> Invert
Flood fill selection with background colour #CFD8DB Grey
Image >> Resize 80%
Resize All layers unchecked
Selections >> Select None

STEP 9

Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow

Repeat Drop Shadow changing Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to minus 2 (-2)

STEP 10

Layers >> New Raster Layer
Selections >> Select All
Selections >> Modify >> Contract
Number of Pixels 5
Selection >> Invert
Flood fill selection with background colour #CFD8DB Grey
Image >> Resize 98%
Resize All layers unchecked
Selections >> Select None

STEP 11

Apply dropshadow as in STEP 10

STEP 12

Layers >> Merge >> Merge Down


STEP 13

Layers >> New Raster Layer
Add your name and/or watermark

This is what you should have now

In the Layer Palette highlight the frame layer (Raster 1)

Edit >> Copy Merged
Open Animation Shop
Edit >> Paste >> As New Animation

Back to Paint Shop Pro
Edit >> Undo Bright Noise

Effects >> Plug Ins >> DSB Flux >> Bright Noise

Edit >> Copy Merged
Over to Animation Shop
Edit >> Paste >> After Current Frame

STEP 18

Back to Paint Shop Pro
Edit >> Undo Bright Noise

Effects >> Plug Ins >> DSB Flux >> Bright Noise

Edit >> Copy Merged
Over to Animation Shop
Edit >> Paste >> After Current Frame

STEP 20

View >> Animation
If you are happy with your animation, resize if desired
Save as a gif
