ON THE BOULEVARD
This tutorial is my own design and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

It was created in Paint Shop Pro 8, but can be realised in other versions.
However, some tool descriptions and locations may vary, but the overall result
should be the same.

You will need the following to complete this tutorial:
Tubes

Extract to a file on your computer, then open all tubes in PSP and minimise
Plug Ins
Eye Candy 3.1 (Perspective Shadow)
Eye Candy 4000 (Corona)
Filters Unlimited (Paper Textures, Canvas, fine)

Download and extract to your Plugins folder

STEP 1
Open a new canvas 700 x 500 pixels transparent.
In the Materials Palette set your Foreground to Red #bd3d25
and your Background to Red-Brown #5e0002
Change the Foreground Style to Gradient
Style = Linear
Flood fill canvas with the gradient
STEP 2
Layers >> New Raster Layer
Selections >> Select All
STEP 3
Maximise Tube3357_Sonnenuntergang_22_10_0_.psd
Edit >> Copy
Minimse tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste into Selection
In the layer palette change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
Selections >> Select None
Move to top
This is what you should have now
STEP 4
Maximise tube On the Boulevard_LR_10-10-09.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 72%
Resize all layers unchecked
Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen
With the Move Tool move up slightly so that the bottom of the tube is at 400
STEP 5
In the layer palette change the blend mode to Multiply
Effects >> Plug Ins >> Eye Candy 4000 >> Corona
Colour=#5E0002
This is what you should have now
STEP 6
Maximise tube Lovely in Linen_LR-10-10-09.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 65%
Resize all layers unchecked
Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen
Image >> Mirror
Position to the left (refer to finished image for placement)
STEP 7
Effects >> Plug Ins >> Eye Candy 3.1 >> Perspective Shadow
STEP 8
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Repeat Drop Shadow changing Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to minus 1 (-1)
STEP 9
Maximise tube site_divers_1220639787_divers
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Move to the right (refer to finished image for placement)
STEP 10
Effects >> Edge Effects >> Enhance More
Edit >> Repeat Enhance Edges More
In the layer palette reduce opacity to 70%
Layers >> Merge >> Merge All (Flatten)
STEP 11
Image >> Add Borders
STEP 12
With the Magic Wand select the 5 pixel border
PSP9 and up users check CONTIGUOUS
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Inner Bevel
Selections >> Select None
STEP 13
Image >> Add Borders

With the Magic Wand (same settings as STEP 12) select the 5 pixel border
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Inner Bevel
Same settings as in STEP 12
Selections >> Select None

Image >> Add Borders
STEP 20
With the Magic Wand (same settings as STEP 12) select the 5 pixel border
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Inner Bevel

Selections >> Select None

Add your name and/or watermark
Resize if desired and save as a jpg
